- 1 Legumi half-baguette
- 150 g fromage frais
- 1 Chioggia beetroot
- 1 avocado
- A few bean sprouts
- Rocket
- Chives
- Lemon juice
- Salt, pepper
Preparation steps
- Thinly slice the avocado and squeeze some lemon juice over it.
- Finely chop the beetroot.
- Cut the Legumi half-baguette lengthways.
- Season the fromage frais and add the chopped chives, leaving some for the decoration.
- Spread the fromage frais on the Legumi half-baguette, add the avocado, beetroot and rocket.
- Decorate with the bean sprouts and the remaining chives.
