  • Large "Pochon" Loaf
  • 5 slices of duck breast
  • 1 courgette
  • Goat's cheese
  • Walnuts

  • Defrost the bread for around 10 minutes and then cook for 16-18 minutes at 190-200°C.
  • Cut the courgette into strips and fry 4 strips for 2 to 3 minutes in the pan.
  • Cut the goat's cheese into half-moons. Chop up a few walnuts.
  • Cut a slice of bread diagonally.
  • Put four of the goat's cheese half-moons on the bottom of the slice of bread
  • And then put in the oven for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Then add the 5 slices of duck breast and 4 strips of fried courgette.
  • Sprinkle with a few walnuts.
