- Large "Pochon" Loaf
- 5 slices of duck breast
- 1 courgette
- Goat's cheese
- Walnuts
Preparation steps
- Defrost the bread for around 10 minutes and then cook for 16-18 minutes at 190-200°C.
- Cut the courgette into strips and fry 4 strips for 2 to 3 minutes in the pan.
- Cut the goat's cheese into half-moons. Chop up a few walnuts.
- Cut a slice of bread diagonally.
- Put four of the goat's cheese half-moons on the bottom of the slice of bread
- And then put in the oven for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Then add the 5 slices of duck breast and 4 strips of fried courgette.
- Sprinkle with a few walnuts.
