  • 3 apples
  • 2 pears
  • 100 g of Amibiote baguette
  • 30 g of coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 60 g of ground almonds
  • 40 g of hazelnuts
  • 40 g of coconut sugar
  • 50 g of almond butter

  • Peel the fruits and cut into chunks.
  • Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat in a pan (do not reduce to compote).
  • Preheat the oven.
  • Cut the baguette into small dice-sized pieces.
  • Mix the small pieces of bread with the ground almonds, the crushed hazelnuts, the melted coconut oil, the sugar, the almond purée and the cinnamon.
  • Put the fruit in an oven-proof dish.
  • Cover with the crunchy mix and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Enjoy warm with natural plant-based yoghurt (coconut or almond).
