- 3 apples
- 2 pears
- 100 g of Amibiote baguette
- 30 g of coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 60 g of ground almonds
- 40 g of hazelnuts
- 40 g of coconut sugar
- 50 g of almond butter
Preparation steps
- Peel the fruits and cut into chunks.
- Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat in a pan (do not reduce to compote).
- Preheat the oven.
- Cut the baguette into small dice-sized pieces.
- Mix the small pieces of bread with the ground almonds, the crushed hazelnuts, the melted coconut oil, the sugar, the almond purée and the cinnamon.
- Put the fruit in an oven-proof dish.
- Cover with the crunchy mix and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Enjoy warm with natural plant-based yoghurt (coconut or almond).
